As you know, one of my goals of this year was become committed to working out.
So, this past month I started a new routine at the gym and some changes on my diet.
I'm so happy because I exceeded what I planned.
I was weighing 51.6 kg. I ended up January with 53.3kg.
Yes, I know I'm skinny but for me it's amazing because my maximum weight never passed 52.5 kg.
This gave me more motivation to go on and train harder, because NO PAIN NO GAIN :)
